”Staff were amazing on reception and a shout out to the male manager(?) next door at Beefeater! Excellent service! Room was sufficient for our needs the only thing that would be great would be a smart tv in the room!”

”Parking appeared to only be on the road outside. However, the booking suggested a continental breakfast, and it was actually a fantastic full English. High quality food for the price, and a fantastic surprise.”

”Our room very clean and tidy but did need a little maintenance, ie. bathroom mirror was lose, main door needs draft excluder. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The food was expensive but well worth having Highly recommend ”

”Accommodation was satisfactory but the noise from other residents throughout the night was awful. In our room on the ground floor, you could hear every footstep and every word - the walls were paper thin. ”

”Comfy room, generous towels. Arrived late Friday evening, no bother getting a table in the pub downstairs for food- they don't take table reservations, so I wasn't at a disadvantage. Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. ”Absolutely disgusting. Smelt like human piss HORRENDOUSLY. Carpet was miss coloured from stains. Burn marks on blanket. Bed was floor level. Smelt like fresh current cigarette even tho there’s no smoking signs. Would absolutely not stay here!!!!!!! My clothes all smelt the next day. I backpacked Thailand and nothing was this gross. ”
