The brass-rail bed was super comfortable and my breakfast was cooked excellently by Peter, the other half of this welcoming (and hardworking) couple. ”We had a very pleasant five-night-stay in the end of April 2019. We felt very much at home enjoying Liz´ and Dave´s kind, attentive and helpful service throughout our stay in every respect. Tidiness and service were of a high standard. Breakfast gets our ten points out of ten, always suiting our needs. For us everything in the town was within a convenient walking distance with attractive routes to choose from.”

”Small beautifully restored country house hotel. Used as a wedding venue, but they don’t let that get on the way as they prefer for it. Stay and staff were fantastic. Evening food options are limited but plenty of variety available with 5-10 min drive. ”
