On a connu mieux !
Nous séjournions à l hôtel. La chambre était un peu petite et sombre, la moquette tachée. Les draps au niveau des lits étaient froissés et faisaient vraiment "amateur". En ouvrant la fenêtre pour aérer il y a avait plein de toiles d'araignées dans l'encoignure de la fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner est très simple et à mon sens cher pour le buffet proposé. Aucune originalité et très peu de produit maison hormis du far breton. Beaucoup de monde au dôme le samedi après midi et donc très bruyant. La propreté des vestiaires laisse vraiment à désirer. Le cadre est néanmoins agréable et les activités proposées sympas (tyrolienne, accro branche...). On y reviendra quand même mais en cabane et en fin de saison.

J'ai passé un séjour avec ma fille pendant les vacances. les activités sont variées mais toutes payantes (excepté la piscine), les restaurants sont corrects mais sans plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parcours accrobranche.

Le domaine des ormes est un endroit magnifique et le dome exceptionnel. Cependant je deconseille de sejourner a l hotel car pour la restauration c est la galere. Plus de restaurant a l hotel, restaurant du golf fermé durant notre sejour par manque de personnels, idem pour le BAR ouverture le soir uniquement. Seule la pizzeria est ouverte . Personnel de l hôtel tres agreable et serviable rien a redire.

Hotel was clean and tidy but small bathroom for two people nowhere to put your toiletries.There was not many beds around the pool which was poor considering the amount of people in the hotel. But overall we enjoyed our stay, breakfast far too expensive 13Euro each it should be included with your room.

Idéalement situé entre St Malo et le Mont St Michel, il y a beaucoup à voir dans la région. Domaine immense, propre, offrant une multitude d'activités et de service. Concernant l'hôtel, il manque un coffre fort dans les chambres. Pour information, nous regrettons que le ménage n'ait pas été fait un jour dans notre chambre et la mauvaise foi de la femme de chambre.

End of Season
This is the hotel part of a large development consisting of many different self catering units as well as an Eurocamp site. There was a bit of an end of season feel to the place with many of the facilities already closed However the hotel itself was fine and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant but the staff in the one restaurant in the development that was still open were efficient but not very friendly. The food was OK.

Family and friends had booked to stay on the site in lodges we were visiting for a few days, hotel was convenient. Our room was overlooking the pool and restaurant so really noisy if using during the day. No air conditioning or fans in rooms. Rooms are a good size, bed was comfortable and bathroom was functional

Stay for one night having holidayed in France. The hotel is very welcoming with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. Located near to a lovely campsite with lots of activities for families to enjoy.

Liked it so much we stayed an extra night . . .
I honestly didn't know what I'd booked - we needed a reasonably-priced room in the area, and the facility was listed as a "campsite". We headed along rural roads with some trepidation. Was it a yurt? a chalet? a caravan? But no - we came upon a hotel in a delightful setting, with a nice restaurant and landscaped gardens. We didn't even discover the "camp" (for want of a better term) until we went for a walk looking for the laundromat later. Didn't have time to check it all out, but there was a small supermarket, other restaurants and all sorts of interesting accommodation options which would be great for families and groups. We had our coffee and croissants at the golf club in the chateau . . . C'est la vie!

Very nice overall but would be nice if there was coffee / tea in room & a communal computer with a printer. The grounds of the complex are fantastic but the choice of restaurants is limited. Also, hotel room was described as having a balcony but ours didn't & I couldn't see any that did

Le chauffage était hors service, il a fallu demander sa remise en service. La chambre était trop froide à notre arrivée. La propreté du sol de la salle de bain laissait à désirer. L'hôtel est dans un parc de loisirs, ce qui n'est pas indiqué sur le site Hotels.com. Environnement agréable malgré tout et bien pour les loisirs (vélo, équitation, piscine, ...).

La fin d'un 3 étoiles
Juste une nuit pour un mariage.Si l'environnement de l'hotel est superbe, il n'en était pas de même pour notre chambre:entre la moquette avec d'énormes tâches et les murs très sales, on se serait cru dans un hôtel bas de gamme.Quant au petit déjeuner à 12 euros, c'est décevant tant pour la qualité que pour la variété des produits proposés.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel on the site Jean Michelle looked after us very well and explained everything even about driving and where to eat , only complaint was that we booked a balcony room and didn't get one and couldn't be transferred as there is only 2 rooms with balconies and both were taken , otherwise a lovely stay .

素晴らしさと・・・
このホテルはリゾート地の中にあります。春から秋にかけてオープンするリゾート地にはプール、乗馬、テニスなどが楽しめる広大な敷地があり、またコテージ滞在やツリーハウスもたくさんあるなど、すごく楽しめそうであります。ただ、冬場（といっても4月の１週目）まではクローズドで、冬場はゴルフ場しかオープンしていません。わたしたちが泊まったのは春のオープン前日のこと。広大な敷地の裏口についてしまい（ナビの案内で）、犬に吠えられ、延々とさまようこと1時間。ようやく表口をみつけ、ホテルのフロントへ行くも、人影なく閉鎖。今夜は別のホテルを探さねばと思っていたところ、張り紙1枚を発見。そこには「宿泊客はゴルフ場へ」のフラ語と英語による案内が。ゴルフ場をもとめて、また広大な敷地を移動。と、かすかに灯りのともる場所を発見。行くと、「まだオープンしていないのだけど、泊まれるよ」と部屋に案内してくれました。裏口を見つけたときからすでに2時間経過で、夜8時半。外もだいぶんくらくなる頃でした。もう少し遅かったら絶対たどりつけなかったと思います。すごく広くて素敵な部屋で満足でしたし、コールドプレートだけどとお食事もくれました。が・・・この日の宿泊客はわたしたちだけ、夜になると、しらない動物の鳴き声がこだまする恐ろしい空間でした～本当は私たちの他にもう一組宿泊する予定でしたが、到着せず。もう一組のために入口は千錠されず、夜中に誰か階段をあがってきたらと思うと怖くて・・・なかなか眠りにつけませんでした。うーん、オープンしてからならきっと夜の恐怖感も、ホテルを探してさまようこともなかったのだとうと思いますが、一生忘れない宿泊になりました。

Great holiday for any family with children
After reading a number of less than complimentary reviews we were a little concerned about what we would find at Les Ormes but I have to say we were very pleased. It is true the apartment is a self catering unit rather than a hotel room as you may belief when booking but that said it was neat, tidy and had most of what you would expect (shower, toilet, kitchen area, bedroom and sofa bed) It did not a couple of items you may have expected such as a microwave and tea towels. You have full access to all of the activities (some cost extra) and swimming pools on site and the restaurant in the hotel is very good. Food for breakfast etc is readily available by buying from the shop onsite or doing a cheaper big shop in the nearby Super U in Dol de Bretagne. All in all decent accommodation in a site that has lots of activities and interesting places to visit around the area. One note that seems to have caused contention - You have to agree to clean your apartment properly at the end of your stay (brushes and mops provided) or pay 60 Euros for housekeeping to do it. Finally there is a 1 Euro per day per adult charge for local taxes.
