”Lovely location by the seaside. Big rooms with coffee facilities, everything you need for a nice stay. Like the indoor swimming pool and above all the staff!”

”Staff are amazing , so attentive , polite and nothing is too much trouble. Mattress little hard for my back but you can please everyone so that’s ok! Coffee/tea tray topped up twice a day & bottled water provided & love that the rooms are turned in before bed.”

”We love this hotel very clean and friendly team. The breakfast is amazing !! Unfortunately this time There was a wedding party the weekend with some loud guests who felt the need to be singing in room early hours ( after 2pm ) so sleep disturbances in the night ”

”The staff were perfect; so lovely and friendly. The food and drinks were incredible. But...the building is tired. The decor needs a revamp and the fixtures and fittings are in need of modernising. It's a real shame, because the staff are doing so much right, but the building itself needs a lot of investment. ”

”Really lovely stay at Flackley Country house with our dog. Staff were very friendly and helpful, made a big fuss over our dog, even gave her breakfast!. Room was clean and spacious with lovely views. Perfect location. Gym was well equiped and the pool and sauna were delightful. Can't wait to return! ”

”The hotel was amazing, the room was a very good standard. The only let down was not being able to have dinner at the hotel. Only 2 out of the 3 Restaurants were open and it waa May Bank Holiday weekend. This meant going out to a local pub for dinner which is not what we wanted.”

”Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were at tentative and welcoming, knew local knowledge when asked directions, would stay again. Down side car park attached to hotel is down a steep slope so not good if you can’t walk far, no direct access from car park into hotel. I had a room with a balcony, two chairs it could do with a small table to put your drink on. ”
