This hotel is unique. It is strangely integrated into a mall with restaurants a cinema and shops (although not all open as I went on a special day of celebration) The design is very interesting but not so easy to find your way. My only complaint is that in the room the wi-fi was not good. It might be that our room was very far from the reception desk. Even so we enjoyed being there

It’s a very eccentric property designed to look like a Spanish villa. It has a great atmosphere. The rooms are very unique but very clean. The property appears like a shopping centre from the outside and inside has a galleria shopping food & bar area. The customer service was good and our reservation was fast and easy. .

Only lift out of dark ages so we had to use steps lift you had to hold button in all the way had to ask for tv to be connected Cocktoach in Shower NOT SUITABLE FOR OLDER People SO DiSAPponinting And so expensive my husband had to go out side s o he could breathe in the middle of the night We are Pensioners went up for a party

We are so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and are very surprised by your experience Peter. Being an older property with so much in the one complex; cinema, restaurants and no two rooms alike we do have a lift that is staff operated, as all of our rooms are on the first floor, but we have many seniors who visit the resort regularly and enjoy their stay. We do hope that guests will raise any issues with us at the time of their stay so that we can do our best to ensure everyone has a wonderful time. Quaint Mediterranean style
The spa bath was nice to have in our room. The theme of the property was cool for our “overseas” Mediterranean trip :) The aircon having one overall setting wasn’t ideal, but it was fine. Would recommend Ate at Safran Turkish which was excellent.

Very conveniently located within a complex of restaurants, cafes, patisseries, a wonderful cinema and other shops, and a short stroll to the beach. However, the room we had was old and run-down and there was sand on the bed sheets when we arrived, and the doona had a stain on it, so not really happy with the cleanliness (or lack thereof).

We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location of the complex but saddened to hear we didn't meet your expectations and very surprised to hear that there was any problem with cleanliness. Your feedback has been passed directly to our head of housekeeping for further investigation as we are unsure how this could have happened. We do hope guests will let us know of any issues at the time of their stay so that we can respond and resolve them quickly. It is true that the complex is unique though, with no two rooms the same and some having an antique or retro style. Please feel free to contact us directly if you would like to provide further details about the date of your stay, etc. Again, our sincerest apology for not meeting your expectation.

The whole property was unique, the shops, decor, the room, it had a feel of family, cozy and was will lit. The small guitar based duo on sunday was a hit with us.

Was a great place to stay. Very central to the town centre but plenty of shopping and dining options literally outside the room door. Pool was little but did the job. Check in very smooth and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Although the property is dated it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Bed was fine and the unique character of the place with all the Italian trimmings and quaint furnishings as well as interesting little shops was a place I could recommend. We only said one night but the accommodation wasnjust what was just what we needed. Check in staff member, Peter, was very welcoming and obliging.

Great property, but wouldn't stay here again on my own. Very very poor lighting at night in the car park and walk ways making it difficult to find your room. Good venue for couples and groups but not females travelling alone.

Everything my grand daughter & I wanted to do was all in one place. We saw a movie, had dinner, great choice of restaurants, slept at the motel above the restaurants, had breakfast in the morning, once again a great selection of breakfast options at the cafes, visited the shops downstairs & did various activities. All in all, a great place to visit for the weekend and I didn't have to move the car once.

A great overnight stay
We chose to stay in the Deluxe Spa Room for an evening away. The room was large and well appointed with the furnishings being very old world including a magnificant 4 poster canopy bed. The old world is not bad, the furnishings are in excellent condition and make the room very romantic. The only complaint about the room was that the hot water was not very hot, something that needs to be looked at by management. The resort itself is great with a number of restaurants and cafes on site providing a vast selection of styles and cuisines to choose from. There are also art and craft shops to wander through and its all in an Italian village theme. Free offstreet parking for hotel guests. Overall an enjoyable stay that would have been better with hotter water.
