"Bathroom, floors and beds were filthy. Toilet was leaking and shower was too. The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere in the room. The outside was dirty and very noisy. People smoking weed. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Never again."

"Great bargain room, nothing fancy but clean and decent size. Right next to Whole foods, and Eugene Downtown but also close to U of O campus. The bathroom was where the building showed it's age the most, but nothing that affected our stay. I will stay here again as I travel to Eugene frequently"
