”Absolutely loved our stay. For starters the hotel in general smelled AMAZING! Having 3 children can be a lot, but we had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and even called to see if we needed anything after we settled into our room. The suite was super clean and cozy and gave condo vibes. The breakfast was also very good and had plenty to choose from. Parking was a breeze and convenient. We will be returning! ”

”If I could give it a zero I would!! Sleeping with roaches in your room is absolutely disgusting and unhealthy. I got up in the middle of the night to pee and saw a roaches in my belongings. I managed to kill one of them and have pictures. This was at 1:30am and I was leaving at 8am the same day.”

”Very nice Hotel in an interesting historical building. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, but the neighbourhood is a bit scary with a lot of drug addicts and rubbish on the road. Quick metro connection to downtown If you dare ride on it.”

”We got there ant 2 ann and was forced to wait while they did a night audit. That in itself I understand but after we waited 15 minutes we were given a key that didn’t work. When they finally got an override key they realized someone was in the room. We were told we were getting an upgrade from 2 queens to a suite but it only had 1 bed. After everything we didn’t get into the room until 3 am. I told the manager and she was not helpful just offered me points. I don’t want points as I will never...

”Photo does not show accuracy of Rooms hotel in poor quality looks more like a shelter in the Bronx was not clean sheets or had something on it. Different change of rooms had to occur because of non-cleanliness there was also no housekeeping.”

”We love this hotel and always stay here when we come to NYC. Staff is very friendly and the included breakfast is perfect. Clean and efficient rooms. And location good for getting to manhattan. 5 min walk to metro! Highly recommend.”
