”we only stayed for a few hrs ac was ok bathroom and bedrooms were ok lots of space in the room we were upgraded to king bed because i wanted lower floor parking crowded inside parking area street parking good luck check in desk polite but a little slow one of the best in the Bronx”

”The property environment is not as advertised on Expedia because the entire floor and common areas smell strongly of cigarette smoke despite being labeled non-smoking. The reception, elevator and hallways were always with a lot of papers and trash on the floor. The front of the hotel looks like trash dump. The room I was in was a non smoking room but every night I had to open the window because me entire room was full of smoke and smelled like cigarettes. It was both worth paying $112 for that....

”Very nice Hotel in an interesting historical building. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, but the neighbourhood is a bit scary with a lot of drug addicts and rubbish on the road. Quick metro connection to downtown If you dare ride on it.”

”Room was clean. A couple of holes in the light blocking shade. Bath tub didn't drain well and filled up during shower. Shower faucet was loose and leaking. Interaction with staff was limited but my experience was positive. Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.”

”I paid for a 3 day stay and the tv was broken. The bathroom had a large piece of tile missing from the wall and there was a random hole in the wall ”
