”I chose the hotel largely for the location, which let us walk to many destinations in downtown Bellevue. The room was large, clean, and nicely furnished, but it wasn’t a great set up for four people. We had a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a little too narrow for the two teens to share. They only had two towels in the room even though there were four of us and n the reservation, and there was nobody available after 10 p.m. to get more towels or blankets. There was free laundry...

”The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were nice as well. Price is on the high end but the reason I age. 2 stars is that they charged $165 pet fee for only one night. That is ridiculous. When I asked them why they said this is a one time fee for overall stay regardless of how long you stay. Common. That is the lamest excuse ever. You charge customers 165 per fee for one night stay and use that excuse. Never even go back tot hat hotel.”

”The hotel's common areas are nice and updated. The Pineapple Cafe was great, I had two simple breakfasts and coffee over my staff. they also open at 6 which is a bonus for me as my work days start early. The parking worked well - you need to buzz the front desk from the entry gate when you check in. After that your door key works. For truck owners the lower floor (there are two) has 6' 6" clearance. My Tundra made it under with about 2 inches to spare.

”Good location in north downtown Seattle area. Accessing the property was very challenging: there is a VERY short driveway to 'park' for 10 minutes to check in but it is so short that only two cars can park at the same time so if a 3rd guest wants to park for a few minutes to check in/check out there is no room. Accessing the garage to temporarily park to check in/check out is counter intuitive and the parking spaces are too small for even a compact car so NO room for a SUV to park!! The phone...

”It exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect. Food truck central right outside the hotel. It was within walking distance to MoPop and the space needle with a view of the space needle from my room. 20 min walk to pike place wasn’t so bad either. I would definitely stay here again.
