”Clean, quite, safe parking, friendly staff and great location. I did notice that most mornings the elevators were down for checkout and the stairs were the only way to lobby/exit for several hours. Not sure why and no advance warning.”

”The pool is COLD and there isn't a hot tub but the environment is still really pleasant.”

”Staff would not honor breakfast or accommodate with grab and go our check out was at 6am. Dog park is way behind the hotel building and full of rocks. Dog fee was not accurate based off expectations on Expedia. Quoted $40 but charged us $75 and same for parking. Not accurate and misleading. Not happy with Expedia experience.”

”Spacious room - one of the largest I’ve stayed in. Only downside is the outlet placement: just one socket near the bed, and none near the bathroom, which made charging devices and using a hairdryer inconvenient. Walls also offer little sound insulation, so outside noise (street/traffic) was noticeable.”

”Rooms were clean, the lobby was fully stocked with anything you may need or forgotten. Staff was so friendly and even remembered our faces and would acknowledge us when walking back in. Breakfast was simple but plenty of sitting space we went during a game for the World Cup.”

”The woman at the front desk, Kris? was amazing! She was helpful, accommodating and very kind.”

”We stayed here one night on our way to Japan (it is 5 minutes to the airport with an airport shuttle that picks you up and drops you off). It was a great way to start our vacation. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant and a great breakfast too. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, so we got a great night's sleep. To top it off, you feel like you are miles away from everything because the hotel is located on several acres of manicured gardens with patches of woods.”

”This was a very good stay. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We got in early they allowed us to swim while we waited and then were able to allow us to check in early. They were helpful in directing us to the link rail. Highly recommend this hotel.”

”Paid for a reservation and showed up at 3:30 and was told room was not ready but should be shortly. Two hours latter still no room and the desk manager did not have a solid time and other guests where in the lobby with the same issue. I asked to cancel reservation and Desk Manger said no issue whatsoever but I had to do via Expedia. Expedia would not allow me to cancel as it was past the check in time. 100% pissed with Hyatt & Expedia what a bunch of amateurs!”

”This hotel was comically awful. The shower head was black taped on & missing half of it. The vent in the bathroom had no cover on it. The beds were horrible as the bases must’ve been broken. When you moved the beds squeaked. We had to shove the door open when trying to get into the room. The staff individual that checked us in was the only highlight of the entire property. This should’ve been about a $5 night stay. The absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed.”
