”I paid for second level room full in advance but when arrived in the property they gave me a room in main(resort) and when I mentioned that my room was in second they said no it’s in main .. so I guessed it’s fine.
When checking out though, they charged me extra for the resort… why??”

”This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items.
