”Beautiful property in lovely countryside. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities provided. The bar was well stocked and the food lovely, although a little pricey, especially the children’s meal! Breakfast was fab with a great choice and cooked to order so was piping hot on arrival. Went to Kielder winter wonderland so this was an ideal stay as only 10mins drive away. Would definitely recommend.”

”This was an immaculately clean and comfortable stay. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant had a good choice and the chef clearly takes pride in his food- great quality and lots of choice. The breakfast included traditional ootions but also good quality food. We loved the location and would highly recommend the Queens for an overnight or longer stay. We also brought out dog and we were all made to feel very welcome. ”

”Excellent place to stay.Good location for exploring the area. Local walks Hadrians wall etc.We stayed in the Hadrian suite.Very spacious with nice roll top bath.We ate in the bar on burger night. Again Excellent.Staff were friendly especially the breakfast lady.Full of smiles in the morning. Would definitely stay again ”

”Despite the wet and windy conditions we really enjoyed our stay and managed to get around to our favourite spots. Steve & Julie provided a lovely starter pack to see us over the first 24 hours. Cottage is superb, with all the amenities you would expect at home. Would recommend it as a base to tour the countryside.”

”We had a fantastic stay at this quirky and beautiful hotel. Even though we had booked the petite double room it didn't disappoint. As hotel rooms go it wasn't small. Beautifully decorated with beautiful ornate furniture and very comfy bed. Tea , coffee and water replenished every day. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were excellent, lovely and friendly. We would definitely go back. ”
