”This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property! ”This hotel left me totally speechless. No water pressure in shower, had to go to the gym for shower. Gym was in awfull outdated dirty condition. Lockerroom was even worse. Then got a fine for parking. When checking in, I had to leave the vehichle registration number but I was never informed by the check in person that parking is chargeable. Why should I ever visit this hotel again?”
