”This hotel left me totally speechless. No water pressure in shower, had to go to the gym for shower. Gym was in awfull outdated dirty condition. Lockerroom was even worse. Then got a fine for parking. When checking in, I had to leave the vehichle registration number but I was never informed by the check in person that parking is chargeable. Why should I ever visit this hotel again?”

”Reception were spot on, courteous and helpful Room had air con on and we couldn't change it, asked reception and they resolved quickly. Facilities were excellent, clean and well presented. First time here, likely to go again. Only 2 negative points are signage, went to the pool, on the way changed in the first changing room, then go downstairs to the pool area to find another wet changing room, could have saved a wet me traipsing across the carpet, and the lift, there's a ground floor, lift has...
