”We visited the hotel for a business meetings nearby. The place is very traditional English Inn. Nice pub with good food. The rooms are clean and ok, but the place is a little worn down. I a still like it.”

”We found the cleanliness of our bedroom very poor and the maintenance of the bathroom was especially poor. The public areas are also in a poor state of repair, especially those areas NOT on the ground floor”

”We had a brief overnight stay but it was all we needed it to be. There were some local options for eating as well as in the hotel and the breakfast was nice enough. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The room was standard for The Holiday Inn and comfortable enough. There were plenty of car parking spaces but there is a charge for overnight parking.”

We had to park 10 minutes away as the hotel car park was full due to a wedding taking place at the hotel.
