”No deberia ni venderse como hotel. No hay recepción, hay una caseta de seguridad que te hace sentir que estas invadiendo una propiedad con unos toldos de obra; si llegas de noche (10mins conduciendo desde Tulum) no esta la entrada señalizada ni iluminada. No nos hicieron el servicio de limpieza seguramente porque no hay personal. Ni nos pidieron identificacion (eramos los únicos huespedes, ahora entienso el motivo). Solamente ves personas preparando un evento mudical para año nuevo, y materiales...

”Amazing property. Extremely tranquil and quiet. The perfect couples retreat. And don’t worry, if you want to step out to the night life/ beach parties, it’s just a 15 min cab ride, then back to Zen and relaxation. A must book! Perfect balance. ” We road through rocky dirt roads the majority of the way ti the oroperty. As the van stopped it became clear that we had reached our destination. ”If you're in Mexico for the sun then this is not your hotel: the sun doesn't shine any time to the pool area and the beach is a 20 min drive away. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and our apartment which was nice and functional. A couple of small downsides: The TVs didn't have any TV channels, only internet, and the gym was very poorly equipped (although the selection of dumb bells was good).”

”Our stay here was amazing!!! The property is beautiful with amazing decor for pictures. The staff and lady at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we were set with a scooter rental and local things to do. I highly recommend renting the scooter because the hotel is about 10 mins from the Tulum strip with food, clubs, and shops to enjoy. Overall 9/10 the only complaint was the area is still being developed so there is construction going on. ”
