”Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel.
Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

”As an express type hotel not much extras available but everything works well. Lobby service always with a smile, rooms cleaned well and no extra noise during the nights either. Ok breakfast with some variety offered. Room TV was small and unfortunately ours had an issue with the LCD panel. Location a bit outside of downtown Perth but that was not an issue for us. If you're looking for a hotel to just spend your nights and have a quick breakfast you can't go wrong.”
