This property is a scam. Driving up there was so much construction with dirt roads we thought we came to the wrong place. Then they recommended we book adults only hotel for $100 more because it was supposedly better. It was not. The whole place is a scam. The beach was dirty, completely dirty, I would not swim in that water. The resort itself barely had anything nice, even the grass was patchy/yellow. For entertainment they had jazz night and everyone was forced to sit there and watch that.

The resort was fabulous. The area surrounding the resort is still under construction so it's not great for walking but the resorts themselves were amazing.

Super tolles Hotel! Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen. Essen war unglaublich gut, es gab so viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten und das Personal war immer super freundlich. Unser Zimmer war immer sehr sehr sauber und die Anlage ist einfach super schön! Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen!

Voyage en couple.
Certainement notre meilleur séjour jusqu’à maintenant, tout était parfais, l’accueil, le personnel très souriant et sympathique, la propreté des chambres et surtout de l’établissement en général, les repas étaient excellent. Service 24h/24 très copieux, des thèmes différents chaque jours. Plage privée de l’hôtel avec du sable piscine avec une température parfaite. Par contre toute les animations sont en anglais un peu dommage pour ceux qui ne parlent pas anglais.

The locals know this hotel as “Barut”, so when you jump in a Taxi tell them Barut hotel. We stayed for three days and our experience was amazing. Room was fantastic, very clean, with jetted tub inside. Rom service is great. They clean the room daily and provide any service that you ask for. So many food and drink options. Services at the beach. Bar at the pool Had a maxing service as well. I can’t think of any area for improvement . Worths every penny

Go for it. All you want in a luxurious hotel
The hotel is secluded, nothing of a walking distance around it. They have a shuttle boat to take you to 3 different markets but that’s it. We stayed four nights in the hotel and we were not bored. They have activities (live band, Tennis, ping pong). Total of 5 free restaurants but you have to book in the restaurants way in advance. We couldn’t enjoy the Turkish or the Asian restaurants. The food is delicious, and fancy for an all inclusive hotel. It felt like we were in 7 star restaurants all the time. The pool is huge and there is a bar inside it. The quality of the drinks and snacks in the mini bar is excellent and there is no limit on what to eat/drink. Room was clean and big. Adults only. Private beach. Love this hotel.

Müthiş doğa, mükemmel hizmet
Mahremiyet ve konfor konusunda mükemmel bir deneyim yaşadık. Personellerin hepsi eğitimli ve güler yüzlüydüler. Daha da önemlisi her konuda çok ilgiliydiler. Her şey bu kadar iyiyken, tesis içerisindeki "A La Carte" restoranlar konusunda beklentim çok yüksekti ancak bu konuda tatmin olduğumu söyleyemem. Açık büfeyi daha başarılı bulduğumu söyleyebilirim.

There's nothing to dislike, but the dining options are a bit limited - essentially 2 places to eat as part of the all inclusive, unless you go next door which seemed to be pretty crowded and a completely different vibe to The Residence.

3 night break
First impressions were fantastic, and the hotel and facilities are really good. I did struggle to understand the what the 5 difference restaurants were, and I was disappointed to discover that there was a booking system in place for some of the restaurants plus an additional charge of 25 Euros per person - I didn’t read that on the Hotels.com information. All inclusive isn’t in fact all inclusive! However, I enjoyed my 3 night break despite the thunderstorms putting a dampener on it. I’m not a fan of thick pillows and the water in the shower didn’t drain away very quickly but apart from that I’ve no complaints. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the bar waiting staff were very attentive. It would have been useful if there had been an entertainment listing available.

Relaxing Oasis
Wonderful relaxing oasis with fantastic customer service, evening entertainment and sport and spa facilities. One of the best if not the best hotel we have been to. Would love to return.

Wat een fijn hotel was dit. Niets was teveel voor het personeel. Twee keer per dag werden de handoeken verschoond. Is wel nodig als je de hele dag in het zwembad ligt. Ook de minibar werd iedere dag bijgevuld. Het eten was goed, A-merken drankjes. Ik raad The residence aan als je zonder kinderen op vakantie gaat. Rustig en chill, je merkt bij a niet dat je op een all inclusive zit.

I loved the place The staff were amazing and you could feel always welcome. Food and drink is generous and you don't even get asked of your room nunber when you order anything I recommend booking a cabana at beach front and stay for the day Only thing realised is that rooms are very clean but you feel that it was done very quickly as in tye while room is done in 10 mins, but overall very clean

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, hizmet üst düzey. Eğlence, animasyon, gün içi etkinlikleri yönünden eksikler. Normal şartlarda gece 23-02 saatleri arası disco var fakat kim olduğunu bildiğiniz kişi yüzünden açık değil.

Brand new hotel with great facilities - feels like they have thought of every little detail to make your stay as smooth as possible! Including a cooler is sent to you as soon as you sit by the pool with refreshments! Not sure how it would be in peak season/last Covid as I imagine the crowd could be "eclectic" in high season, but I don't imagine that would influence how nice the rooms and food
