âExcellent stay and truly outstanding service. After my partner accidentally left her watch in the shower, we realised once we were already at the airport. One phone call was all it took and the staff immediately found it, safely kept it and returned it to us when we came back into the country. Honest, helpful and professional service like this really stands out. Highly recommend this hotel near Heathrow T5.â

âThis hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were the kindest, most conscientious, considerate, cheerful people weâve ever seen in a hotel and they seemed to take great pride in their work. The breakfast was astounding both with the variety of offerings and the quality. The room was nice and had a sofa that we could both sit on whereas most king rooms only have one chair at other hotels.
