”The property is stunning, with views to die for, and it is so quiet! The staff were so helpful, warm and welcoming! The only critism we have is the bathroom facility in the disabled bathroom. No shaver socket working, and the floor looked as if it needed a good power wash. We would go back and stay tomorrow.”

”The area, the room, the owner, the atmosphere- everything was just perfect! We slept super well and enjoyed a good breakfast while chatting with other visitors and the owner. There are great restaurants nearby and if you arrive or leave by ferry, the guest house is just 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal. We warmly recommend staying here! ”

”It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff also nice and helpful. However my single room was TINY. Single bed squeezed in with wall at foot of bed, so my toes touched this when I stretched out. Ensuite was too small to include sink in there, so was in the bedroom. No window but a frosted window emergency door, leading me to think that where the room was was originally a corridor to this emergency exit. Also no towels left in room, which I did not notice until came back in evening when...

”Lovely and very clean place. We were taken care by owner very well. Lovely lady ❤️”

”Room was clean, basic, but had all that I needed. Bed was very comfortable but room was initially a little cool. Radiator was adjustable and it soon warmed up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant menu was varied, food well prepared and nicely presented. Typically pub food. Breakfast freshly cooked to order with good choice of cereals available. Bar well supplied and good, friendly service.”

”This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely convenient and squeaky clean. Hospitality amazing. I’ll always be a repeat client.”

”Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public”

”Staff incredibly helpful from Manager to the cleaner- great breakfast”

”It is a big apartment. Everything is there. Specially the kitchen with an oven. Perfect bed. Only the neighbourhood is a bit poor. But a small supermarket just round the corner. Breakfast included is basic.”

”Room spotless, but dated. £7 parking on top was unnecessary. Staff friendly on check in, but on checkout couldn’t have been more offhand. Hotel needs attention to detail, worn carpet on corridors. Didn’t appreciate having to step over a vacuum cleaner and a pile of sheets to get to the lift. I’ve stayed here before with no problems, it’s sad to see the hotel go downhill.”
