”Much better than last time I stayed, Not the best of hotels, but the that is reflected in the price you pay. Mainenance is also quite poor with several light fittings in my room not working.”

”Lovely grounds and building. The staff, especially Shabila, were welcoming. Shabila is relentless in ensuring that everything is satisfactory. We stayed on a Sunday and so it wasn’t busy and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. We had a good price for the room, so it was excellent value for money. The only suggestion would be to look at the heating in the Pear Tree rooms. It was very hot. ”

”The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”

”Everything was fine, friendly, helpful staff, good room, well fur is her. Only a few niggles - a pancake shower is not user friendly for a Quick shower, no USB sockets in the room, room service after 9pm was rather limited.”

”Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. The bathroom had been shoehorned in under a sloping ceiling - there was no shower, just...

”The property if fabulous! The grounds and gardens are beautiful! Our apartment was nice, however the bedrooms upstairs were warm as it was unseasonally warm weather.There were fans in both bedrooms which helped a lot. We also had breakfast there and it was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay again.”

”Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. I had to ask three different people to fix the safe before it was fixed. Dining staff was extremely slow with picking up dishes and the food was not very flavourful for...
