”Easy and friendly check in and a lovely comfy clean room. Plenty of parking available and in a lovely area and only 15 minutes from the NEC. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to use the gym and pool but we’ll be back.”

Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch. ”Negative points Broken bathroom fittings. Tired hotel. Dark rooms with musty smell. This hotel needs a refurbishment. Taps need to be combined. Carpets needs replacing. Good points are helpful staff.. Friendly.. Gave us extra pillows. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms are good sized. ”

”Beautiful stay at this hotel. Lovely character and it gives a great feel for the Shakespeare era with old wooden beams and minutes walk from the RSC. Our room was lovely and clean with great coffee pods! Bfast was absolutely delicious and it was definitely worth having. Plenty of options and the full English was wonderful. Great hotel to stay in if you’re visiting the theatre! But also the pub downstairs is stunning to have a few drinks and relax. Staff are super lovely and accommodating...

”Excellent location for visiting our daughter at Birmingham uni living close by. Ability to park and charge our EV very handy. Rooms very clean and modern and temperature just right - usually I have to turn the A/C up in hotels as they are too hot and stuffy but not here. Overall an excellent choice and one we shall use again. ”
