”Staff took FOREVER to show up anytime you needed something. Including a huge wait on them just to check in. We tried to use the hot tub and it was so dirty and gross we were afraid to get in. Doesn't seem it ever gets regularly cleaned. It also is nonsmoking but everything smells of smoke.”
