”First off, I had no clue this was an extension of the opera house, which I’ve stayed at multiple times. Melrose hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.. quickest check-in ever, straight to the point and amazing customer service! Rooms were big and CLEAN, Bathroom was immaculate. Jordan and Zue are the absolute best! They are kind, respectful, and seem to love their job! Thanks to the both of yall for making my stay outstanding. I will definitely be back, sooner than later! ”Wonderful, unique hotel- beautifully appointed, very clean, adequate fitness center, friendly staff. Great continental breakfast including a latte machine. Downsides: very comfortable bed but TERRIBLE pillows ☹️ Typical tight NYC hotel- very small bathroom with NO counterspace- had to place my toiletries on a towel on the floor. Area is not safe to walk around so keep in mind you will need to Uber everywhere. But overall I would totally stay here again!”

”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”
