”Aika pieni ja rauhallinen hotelli, erittäin hyvätasoinen, siisti ja erityisesti ravintolan ruoka oli hyvää; söimme yhtä iltaa lukuun ottamatta joka päivä illallisen hotellissa, koska ruoka oli niin hyvää. Ruokaa oli sekä paikallista, että kansainvälistä. Hotellilla on ilmainen shuttle -palvelu kaupunkiin ja takaisin tiettyinä kellonaikoina. Tämä on erittäin hyvä palvelu, sillä hotelli on muutaman kilometrin päässä keskustasta. Ranta ja allasalue olivat erittäin rauhallisia ja hyvin hoidettuja....

”Que dire, sûrement le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour. Nous avons regretté de n'y avoir passé qu'une nuit. Le cadre est magnifique, à même la plage, les bungalows sont justes exceptionnels avec leur salle de bain extérieur. Nous avons dîner sur place et pris le petit déjeuner. Rien à dire le service, la qualité, tout était parfait.”

”Clean And cheap hotel. The straff was friendly, but did not allways understand what we asked. The free shuttle to citycenter And the Airport was great as it was about 10 minutes drive from center. The rooms were clean, but that was it. Not anything extra. We stayed for two days to go on a day trip to Komodo national park, And for that purpose it was Okay! ”

”Pool area is the best in this hotel, very nice. Hotel is right at the beach but the beach is so dirty that you don't really wanna go there. staff is very polite and the breakfast was good. For what I could see none of the rooms had balcony - had I stayed here longer than just one night it would have been a big minus.”

”I book a room with the highest price for the best room. But when I enter to the room, I saw 3 bad things. 1st the sink had a quire big fracture. 2nd the toilet was very terrible. 3rd I saw a blood stain on the blanket. So I informed the receiptionis all about the bad things. The receiptionis told me to change the room. Finally, I got the news proper room. ”

”Luwansa is a nice place to stay for a few days. Food, room, people and pool are very nice. The beach is dirty; a lot of trash. And the bottom of the sea is covered with dirth. Not nice to swim. The view is great and ideal to see the sunset. ”

”Nous sommes arrivés à la date à laquelle nous avions réservé, mais nous n’étions pas attendus, et notre chambre était « occupée ». Du reste, que peu de choses etaient conformes à la description, car nous n’avions ni articles de toilette, ni télé (même si inutile), ni serviettes... Mais la personne qui nous a reçus à avant toute chose cherché à nous vendre ses services alors que nous n’avions rien demandé. Pas hyper rassurés par l’endroit, que peu de taxis connaissent, d’autant plus que la porte...

”Habíamos reservado y pagado una noche en este hotel hacia 2 meses. Cuando llegamos nos dicen que esta todo completo, y nos quieren ofrecer una habitación en otro hotel de calidad inferior. Al protestar y no aceptar estas condiciones, no comentan de otro hotel de calidad equivalente al Cahaya prometiéndonos que tiene lavabo interior. Al llegar al mismo hotel, comprobamos que el lavabo no es interior en un lugar como Labuan Bajo con riesgo de malaria. Al volver a protestar a la propietaria,...
