”The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually.”

”This was by far the worst we've ever rented! The pictures online are very, very misleading, they are from the previous owner from several years ago. The new owner has not taken care of the place. The grounds was overgrown, flower beds full of weeds, bird bath broken and covered with mold, grill and picnic table covered with mold, the screen on the cabin were green, the room had a funky smell, etc. The room was warm but the thermostat was not located in the room for us to control, he had control...

”Trent House was perfect for our needs! The water pressure in the master bath was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. The best part was the rock painting for our daughter who loves crafts/painting! The host responded quickly to messages. The art work throughout the house is awesome. Overall, the house is warm and welcoming. Also, it is quiet and we don't hear the neighbors or street noise. The house is in a great location to grab dinner at Fish Lips and ice cream at My Island Ice Cream;...

”When we arrived at the motel the office was boarded up with plywood. That should have been a sign. We went in the room and the floors were disgusting. This is clearly a motel from the 1950s and the pictures might be the rooms but they have been in heavy hard use for years. Worst room I have ever rented. We did not stay and had to search for a room at 11:00 at night ”

”The room was nice. The screened in porch overlooking the backyard and river was great, as it allowed us to spend all our time outside, if not sitting down by the river. Shower hot with great pressure. Sitting down by the river was a great experience. The pool was clean and a perfect temp for swimming. No one could have prepared us for the sound of the train, which is unfortunate for all who live near the intersection where it blows its horns going by. We got used it after a couple of days and...

”We had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie as we were checking in. We were running late, past 6:00 p.m. And we were pleased to see that Bonnie was still there. She was nice enough to hang out with us for a bit and give us the general overview of accommodations. The vibe, the accommodations and the breakfast were amazing. Can't wait to go back!!”

”The location in old cocoa village is excellent, the B&B staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The historic building is very charming. At the end of the day you can sip wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.”
