”This unit was very clean and the inside was well maintained. We did not use the outdoor areas as we were in town to visit family. The property is right off a main road giving easy access to town. It was not an issue for us, but the 3rd bedroom is a converted lanai in the front of the home. It was attached to the home but the front door remained closed and it had its own window unit for air. If traveling with children I would not feel comfortable leaving a young child out there. My 19 year...

”The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!! ”
