”The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.”

The property provides easy access to the many attractions of Sarasota, Venice, and Englewood as well as to the many islands in the Charlotte Bay Area. ”This property was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was just me since my child was camp. A nice sized room, great bathroom, ability to control temperature. Simple entry and good communication with the host.”

”Great room with a giant TV screen. Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was pretty comfortable. Biggest drawback for this particular room is that the lights outside the room keep the room lit up like daytime even in the dead of night. There are no blockout shades. That would be a solid addition for this room. I love the pool facilities but this property desperately needs a dedicated ice machine.
