”We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

”We had such a wonderful stay......very clean, extremely well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs, all kinds of utensils, spices etc.......great layout of the bedrooms for privacy if you need, nice pool, and responsive host. Highly recommend it!”

”We had three families all with teenage boys that lived to fish, swim and play games when not playing baseball. The house was spotless, and well equipped with all needed items from coffee to go cups to the double washer and dryer for the uniforms. We had a great time, will stay here in the future”

”This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!”

The rooms were beautifully styled and comfortable.The views of the golf course were stunning and we loved the convenience of the resort style pool and onsite restaurant. ”We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

”Immediately impressed with cleanliness of the home. Well equipped. We spent a lot of time in the pool which had the perfect temperature. Pool area had lots of sun and opportunities to escape in the shade. Loved there was such a variety of pool accessories like noodles, loungers etc. Huge BBQ that was immaculate. ”New to VRBO. Loved this house, decor, pool, and hosts. Comfortable King bed, great pressure and hot water in the showers, pool and lanai made the difference. The first day was chilly but the heated pool allowed us to not miss a pool day. Highly recommend this house and hosts.”

”Our boys (10,12,14) loved fishing off the dock and each of them caught some fish. The short walk to the ocean was a daily event. We found shells and shark teeth! The sunsets on the ocean were great. We grilled each night, swam in the pool, made ourselves pina coladas and took advantage of the peace and quiet to read books and play games. We had a great time!”

”Close to the ocean and on a quiet dead-end street. It sits on the canal where you can watch manatees. We brought our own coffee pot as it has a Keurig and we drink lots of coffee.”

”Great canal house takes 20 minutes to get to the river! Burrowing owls in the neighborhood are so cool! Loved the pool! Comfy beds and lots of space to spread out. Place comes with floaters for the pooll and beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach and beach towels. Would come back again for sure!”
