”This hotel has everything i need as a family man. From checkin to check out everything was smooth. Thank you all team members. All of you are rocking the hotel.”
”c’était honnêtement le meilleur hôtel que j’ai fait de tout ce que j’ai pu faire. Le personnel est très accueillant, très gentil et à l’écoute de vos demandes. L’architecture de l’hôtel est la piscine vue sur mer est magnifique. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un balcon vue sur la mer, c’était une vue incroyable.
le ménage est fait environ tous les deux jours.
c’est un endroit très apaisant, il n’y a pas du tout de bruit, parfait pour des vacances reposantes.

”This is well kept apartment hotel with nice views. The rooms are pretty basic with very limited equipment. Cleaning is six times per week. The pool area is beautiful and the garden is very well kept. To our experience, the staff was very polite and helpful. The slow Wi-Fi works only in the lobby.
One has to remember that 85% of guests are from Russia and mostly young couples.”

”The staff was very confident and knowledgeable. Anytime anything was needed. If they didn’t know the answer immediately they would research and get back to us. They care about the Hotel and they care about the clients. It was extremely wonderful to stay at this property and we will definitely go back in the near future. We must say that the property was immaculate and perfectly clean.”
”We stayed in their Electra Villa which was luxuriously appointed with fantastic ocean and mountain views and facilities with a sauna, pool and sun loungers that is not overlooked for absolute privacy. A fabulous breakfast was brought to us by the host every morning consisting of salads melons and traditional Crete dishes and pastries all freshly prepared and cooked every morning. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and were happy to advise on the best places to go in the area.

”Hotelli oli perus siisti, ei mitään luksusta ja ehkä hieman kulahtaneet huoneet. Ympäristö oli aivan mahtava mutta vaatii että on auto, jos ei halua koko reissua olla vain hotelilla. Aamupala oli paras, lounas/iltaruoka aika saman tyylinen. Ruoka oli ok mutta ei sen enempää.”
”Excellent hotel, felt more expensive than it actually was. Pool and à la carte breakfast in sister hotel Theatro and those were absolutly luxurious. Rooms were modern and clean and the staff in Nuovo always so friendly. Not as friendly in Theatro but good enough. Hotel was quite small and not too crowded on September. We enjoyed our stay so much and if I ever come to Crete again I want to stay in this same hotel again.”
