This pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home invites you to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves from one of four spacious decks. With bright, sunlit interiors and a cozy, open layout, Simple Pleasures is perfect for family gatherings and creating cherished vacation memories. Bring along your pup to join the fun (maximum two dogs, $250 pet fee per pet; sorry, no cats), and don’t forget the leash as the yard is not fully fenced.

Living Area:
The first-floor living area is filled with natural light from large windows and sliders. This open-plan space connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a comfortable and inviting spot for gathering with family and friends. Relax on the deck that spans the length of the first floor, offering ample seating and an alfresco dining area.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and plenty of counter space, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the deck or in the cozy dining area. The kitchen is open to the living room, making it ideal for entertaining.

First Floor Bedroom: Queen bed with direct access to a full bathroom and private covered deck.
Second Floor Bedroom #1: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and a private covered deck.

It was more than we anticipated. The only suggestion i have is reflective tape for the step in the garage port. My sister had a spill heading to the beach to watch the sunrise and collect seashells.

This was our first time to the area and enjoyed the house and area. More than enough room for a family of four with a small dog. My only item that would have made the trip better would to have access to a couple beach chairs and beach towels for people coming in from out of state. We would stay at this house again!

First and foremost, during our stay we already decided to return next year. The place was perfect for our family. You're far enough from the center of town that it is quiet, but close enough to jump on a bike and be there in a moment. The access to the beach could not be any easier, the entrance is about 30 steps from your driveway. The kitchen was well-stocked and the back deck was nothing short of heaven. If there was any criticism, and we would have to search for one, it's that the place may be a tad over-decorated. it could open things up a tad if some of the extra furniture was removed.

Our family stayed in 2 houses at Folly Beach. This one is across the street from the beach but very close and in a lovely location. My adult daughters who stayed there said it was clean, comfortable and they slept like a rock! We were very happy with the experience and hope to stay again.

It was an amazing weekend all in all. The house has a great porch which has a gate so kids or pups are secure, however the “fenced in yard” isn’t fully fenced in, so FYI for dog owners. It’s mostly fenced, but a lot of openings for dogs to get out, so be prepared & know you’ll be taking a lot of walks down steps to take them out. No hair dryers either, another FYI. Again though, all in all we had a great time. House needs updating & new doors with locks instead of boards. Nice beach access across street & a lot of parking in driveway.

The location was incredible! A very short walk to beach was great! House was fine, there was a lot of junk in the downstairs bedroom closet and the door to the bathroom did not lock. Also the door to the deck could not be locked, but it was secured with a piece of wood. All in all it was a great experience and we would stay there again.
