”Very nice hotel. Roberto and his wife are very gracious hosts. They go out of their way to help you. They set up shuttle service for us and other guests to go to cruise port. Very nice restaurant was suggested by Roberto. Food and prices were great as well restaurant staff. The name of restaurant was Rotunda by the sea shore. We arrived by train to Santa Marinella station. I would suggest to have transportation set up before arrival. Taxi and Uber services very sparse. Or call or message hotel...

”Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Only negative, was the bed. Too soft and too small also safe did not work although staff tried to get it working. Valentina was very helpful and pleasant for everything.”

”Great place and awesome receptionist Cloe! She is the best!! Thank you”

”An exeptional, nice house on farm site. Perfect for up to five persons in family.”

”We loved our stay. We had dinner there and they had the most amazing gluten free food. It was an excellent dinner. We loved breakfast. The area was beautiful and unique. We loved everything!”

”Camera pulita, personale gentile, colazione ottima”

”We did not get door code for dow stairs, where to get inside for the building. Tried to call several times for companys phone numbers. Looks like we are staying the night outside. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ”

”The room is basic. Imagine 1970s building with some update. The room does have usb plugs on one side of the bed, very useful for American travelers. bathroom is basic and is that a bidet? It sprays 3 in front and one in back. Yikes! The room is not as sound proof, but ok. Sometimes you get an annoying person who sings in the hallways or watches TV until 2AM. The building is next to a courtyard park, where sometimes you get young adults yakking until midnight. There is a mini mart, but beware,...

”Perfect for our family, so close to cruise ships, loved the little market and cafe right below our room , Francesca our host was so accommodating and sweet and so helpful with everything, will always remember her ❤️”

”Excellent stay!”

”If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was incredibly accommodating, easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to help schedule a taxi. I will be coming back and very highly recommend this place!”

”What I liked about the place was it was very clean,m and neat. I arrived earlier than 3 o’clock check-in and the hostess let me in early and helped me take my luggage upstairs. Very convenient to restaurants and it was in walking distance to beach ,also I could have walked to the port terminal if I did not have heavy luggage. I will definitely book this guest house again.”

”Small "hotel" with 5 (?) rooms. Good location. Excellent service from the owner. Close to the cruise port. I will stay here again.”

”The room and common areas were very clean. It was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. Frederica made the entire stay wonderful. She was very helpful and accommodating. She even prepared a special breakfast for my husband who doesn’t eat any sugar”

”We had a small quite spartan room overlooking the port. Few amenities, but the owner was very helpful on our last day when I needed to find a pharmacy within walking distance open on a Sunday.”
