”The room was exceptionally clean but one thing I noticed more than anything was the friendliness of the staff. Always saying hello and welcome back and also asking if we need anything. I have always loved the Marriott hotels but this solidified why!”

”I booked to stay for two nights and I left the first night because there was a gas leak that I could smell in my sleep and the fire alarms went off the whole building had to be evacuated. I was healing from a surgery out of town and had no assistance. ”

”Clean spacious room with excellent WiFi and updated bathroom. Room is nicely appointed. Bed is a bit hard, so if you like firm, you will be happy. TV lacked ability to connect to subscribed streaming also with no ability to cast programs. Normally not a big deal for us, but we do like to watch movies in the evening and the commercials were brutal. Commercials are always so much louder. We stayed for 11 days. Breakfast was included in our rate, but I just could not eat the same thing for that...

”Friendly staff, clean room, kitchen had an oven. Our heater stoped working, we called the front desk and we had staff in our room withing 10 minutes and it was resolved quickly. ”

”Great location, walking distance throughout the downtown area. Hotel is clean, decent room, but a little dated. Found the staff to be very unfriendly. Also, I get that parking is a nice perk, but $35 per night seemed a little high for the time of year. ”

”Hotel rooms were nasty with stained mattresses and sheets. They made no accommodations. The hallways was full of marijuana smoke odor. Also they’re was very little parking available due to sharing the lot with outside businesses. I was afraid if I left I wouldn’t have any parking, I had to take a Lyft and order delivery most of my stay. This was a horrible experience for me!!”

”Fire alarms interrupted our stay, had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night around 12am ,during the process one of the staff members were very rude the way she was speaking to guest don’t remember her name it was a Asian lady. And we had to walk back up 12 flights of steps. The check in area was not located on the main floor of the hotel so we had to figure out what floor the check in was on.
