”The properties location is ideal for walking to the downtown area where a number of restaurants / shopping are located. Walking distance to Sheplers Ferry vs taking the shuttle. ”Nothing can be blamed on front line staff when it comes to this disgrace of a hotel. This is a matter attributed to owner/management. The rooms were in a horrible state with stains on the floors, carpets, etc. The bathrooms, plaster, and fixtures were rusted and falling apart. Breakfast was disgusting and consisted of a picture of Fruit Loops taped to a plastic dispenser, an unplugged waffle maker, along with a coffee and juice dispenser, both of which weren’t functioning. ”Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.”
