Edellytykset olivat hyvät mutta...
Huoneen lattiat likaiset, 1 krt siivous/ 4 päivää, uima allas niin likainen ettei voinut ajatellallakaan uida, henkilöstö ystävällinen mutta eivät tehneet mitä lupasivat Sijainti hyvä, huone muuten ok mutta lattia niin likainen että jalkapohjat mustat ja tahmeat!!

Suosittelen/ We Recommend
Siisti hotelli mukavalla ja rauhallisella paikalla rannan ja kanavan välisellä alueella. Ranta kuitenkin selkeästi kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneet puhtaita ja varustus pohjoismaiseen makuun IKEA-kalustuksen ja tuttujen vesihanojen myötä :), lattia ei myöskään ole kokolattiamattoa. Pysäköinti ilmainen ja helppo. Kaunis piha-alue. Äänieristys on oikeastaan ainoa joka nyt vähän häiritsi, naapurista kuulee hyvin. Toki tyypillistä amerikkalaisissa taloissa. Good hotel in a nice area near the beach, very clean and comfortable. Few blocks from the beach and easy complimentary parking. The garden is beautiful and cosy. We would recommend it. Good bathroom. Furnishment is modern IKEA- style, and if you like that you would love this hotel.

this was one of the worst places i have ever stayed, the first thing we saw when we started un- packing was a baby cockroach, secondly the deadlock to our place didn’t even work so we felt very unsafe. while checking to make sure there weren’t any other bugs we found shards of glass underneath our bed. one of the worst experiences was at 12 am our neighbors decided to get rowdy and we could hear every. single. thing. very traumatizing. also the sheets to this place were paper thin so it was hard to stay warm. overall we felt very unsafe and were approached by an old man and thought we were going to get kidnapped right outside of the entrance. on our way out to leave at 5am we got a special greeting by a ginormous cockroach in the pool taking a little swim. i advise you to not stay here.

Excellent location, clean room, updated. For the location and to be as close to the beach and dining/entertainment the price is unbeatable. This will be my go to place every time I return to Ft Lauderdale.

Obviously had water issues and wasnt cleaned up properly. Room needed to be gutted and re done. There is definitely a mold issue that is being masked.

I booked the room because of its proximity to the beach and because it had a small kitchenette. The place looked clean in the pictures, so I thought it’d be perfect for my mother/daughter trip. We arrived a little before midnight and couldn’t wait to get to sleep. The friendly gentleman at the front desk checked us in and walked us to our room. It had a musty smell, but I thought that maybe it was because the room had been locked up. Optimisticly, I figured once we got some airflow, it would be fine. Once he left, my daughter went to turn on the bathroom light and it didn’t work. When she turned back toward me, she noticed all the bugs on the bed. Wormy looking bugs were on the sheets and inside the pillow cases. We grabbed our suitcases and exited the room. The front desk manager helped with our refund, but now it was after midnight and I had to find a place for us to stay. The Hilton down the street was very accommodating and our beds weren’t covered in bugs. Overall, we laughed it off and enjoyed our week in Florida….somewhere else.

Nice staff and clean room
Theo was great. He was very welcoming. The room was clean but missing the ironing board. Theo quickly found a replacement. I definitely would stay here again.

It was a cozy, very basic stay, 2 blocks from the beach! The grounds were pretty, and a little oasis among the high rise hotels.

Solid economy motel room; close enough to the beach to walk, but not so close you would grab something if you forgot it. Same thing with restaurants; 22 minute stroll to Bubba Gump’s was fine and kind of the furthest restaurant to go to, lots to see on the walk. Pool was small but fine to hang in for a short time. Only off downside was no pool/beach towels at check-in - they were cranking to turn over rooms and said they were going to get some from one of their other properties, which didn’t help us but fine. They did get us into our room before 3 pm which was great so we could get to the beach asap (chair and umbrella rentals at beach end at 4:30, so small window to do that beach time for our one night). 14 minutes to the airport at 4:30 am so that was convenient.

La chambre était très froide malgré l’arrêt de la climatisation. Peu de draps pour se couvrir. Le froid nous a réveillé pendant la nuit. La chambre était propre et agréable. L’hotel est située a coté d’un site en construction, donc bruyant le jour à partir de 9h.

Just a simple room, no frills at all. Clean and comfortable, but bring a heavier blanket if you need weight to sleep. The bed only had a sheet and a blanket/top cover slightly heavier than a sheet. Two front desk employees reassured me we would have a quiet room, we were room #1 right next to the office. It was not quiet. The office staff constantly banged the wall with something and we could hear through the adjoining door at times. No other rooms were available so we were stuck.

For the last 3 years I have been coming to this beautiful quiet side of Fort Lauderdale. I loved and enjoyed my stay. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was great! We booked a 2 queen bed with the kitchen stove. The room was a great size, beds are comfortable, the room and bathroom was very clean!

Altfor dyrt i forhold til kvalitet. Vi har bodd her tidligere og hadde et greit rom i andre etg. sist. Denne gangen fikk vi rom på bakkeplan rett ved resepsjonen, hvor alle går forbi. Vi forsøkte å bytte rom, men dette var ikke mulig fordi hotellet var fullt i følge resepsjonen. Tviler sterkt på at dette stemte. Dessverre er ikke dette hotellet verdt prisen lenger. Beliggenheten er god i stille gater.
