We highly recommend this place. Take the little plane to the Limon airport and just have them set up your transportation. They'll have someone waiting for you. We had zero problems. Everything went as smooth as possible because of the Awa staff! We will return to the Caribbean coast of Punta Cana and most definitely stay at the Awa Beach Hotel again! I'd give them 10 stars...

We also visited a nearby Caribbean restaurant called Lidia’s for delicious food. The beach is walking distance behind the property but you have to search for a safe spot to swim due to big surf ”
