”New tastefully designed hotel in a developed and safe area, 15 min walk to the main street, plenty of restaurants near by, also the restoaurant in the hotel has a great menu, the breakfast was amazing, we loved out stay and be back again”

”A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

”Excellent stay. Love the apartment, building and amenities! ”

”Great for vacation if you’re not spending much time there. We were there to sleep and wind down. If need more supplies you need to call a number and probably would have to wait awhile, front desk staff is totally separate from the rental business. Only negative would be is that our flight got in pretty early, wanted to drop off our bags/luggage so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. They said we couldn’t do it, after checking in not sure why we couldn’t have just dropped our bags off.”

”This hotel is great! The best thing about it is the staff. Unfortunately, one of our party had a medical problem arise. Everyone helped us out in resolving the problem by providing information about local care, and transportation to and from the facility. Not something you want to have to think about on a vacation, but their support and assistance was greatly appreciated. ”

”Lovely hotel. Fully remodeled. Very nice areas to congregate inside and outside. Room spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and interactive. Hotel is in a safe area with many restaurants, walking trails, and a metro stop within a few blocks. ”

”The hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. We only encountered 1 staff member who wasn’t as accommodating as others. We traveled with a young baby and the staff were helpful with our requests for additional services. They are responded quickly to any issues in the room. The hotel location is good, uber was reasonable as it’s close to DC, the train station is about a 2 (long) blocks away but easy walk, there are a variety of food establishments and CVS within walking distance. Airport is...

”Quite a nice hotel. Good breakfast. We got around by car, so I can’t say how easy it would be otherwise. Driving in Washington is relatively easy. The front desk staff’s attitude varied—one was really nice, but the night shift person seemed a bit tired of their job. The parking garage was full, as were the outdoor spots. I didn’t want to pay $50 for a parking spot that wasn’t even available. ”

”Good location, nice spacious apartment, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Check in was very poor, as I never got the emailed code to obtain the key. Also, the room was very cold and thermostat did not work. ”

”I liked the apartment style unit. The two bedroom & two full bath configuration was great. There was also a full kitchen with enough equipment to cook a meal. Shops were literally just a few doors down the street with all necessities. I would look for this arrangement next time I travel.”
