Most hotels I stay at always have something small that’s not a huge deal but it is an annoyance, like outlets that don’t work or not enough surfaces for your suitcase and bags. They’ve thought about the details.

”We had an amazing stay while in the re for a gymnastics camp. The evening/overnight desk staff was not only beautiful but very personable and welcoming. She made sure everything was ready and checked in on us, there was authentic conversation and she definitely made us feel welcome. The morning staff was more reserved and didn’t say much to us, but the overall hotel was beyond expectations.”
”Bit deceiving based off the pictures but also if you know the area at all shouldnt come as surprise. Check in was seamless and our room was in order but bring a flyswatter and probably air freshener (room reeked of unknown odor that may have been urine mixed with cigarette smoke ~ who knows tho.) we just needed a place to lay our heads for the night on our roadtrip so could have done worse but for sure could have done just a bit better. Definitely a grungey place so if you need a cheap room...
”Loved everything! This was our first stay at a Graduate property and I was really impressed by every detail to connect to the university and city. The lobby was so unique…games to play, quiet spaces, cozy seating…just the best. The food at the restaurant was great and offered many choices.
