”Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place.”

”My son and I traveled from Canada 🇨🇦. Newtonmore is a very quiet, quaint village. The Glen was a very lovely central place to stay. The room was clean, staff very attentive and helpful.Meals were amazing with breakfast included in your stay except Mondays. There is a diner a short walk away, and a couple of cafes down the street. We loved it. ”

”Staff are great and helpful. Our room, on the second floor, was too far away to get internet to make the smart tv function. Our room was quite noisy facing the road and the railway. Other than those small gripes it’s a lovely friendly place with a good breakfast. The staff did all they could to fix the TV problems. ”

Our room was clean, comfortable, and the heating was amazing — we felt warm and cosy throughout our stay. We also dined at the restaurants and the food was really tasty, with excellent service. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this stay to others.”
