âWe only had an overnight stay, but this was long enough to enjoy our accommodation. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The holiday village was well maintained, quiet and peaceful. All staff that we interacted with were polite, friendly and very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again.â

âIf I could give the "staff" more than five stars, I would. Anni is the owner and she is very welcoming, as well as funny and kind. The property is very cozy and secluded. I spent almost my entire stay stuck in bed with a cold, but my family tells me the local area and restaurants are great.â
âHosts were very friendly and attentive, providing a great welcome and suggestions for dinner in the evening, as well as a recommendation of an activity to do the next day after we checked out.
Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself.
Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue.
We very much enjoyed our stay, and if we stay in the area again...
âCheck in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. Ample parking with a very short walk into Aviemore, plenty local shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants to choose from

âOld school stately charm, the staff make an effort to provide a luxurious experience in this historically grand hotel. Great to have a bathtub, bathrooms have been renovated. Treats and coffee/tea provided in the room. Friendly and cozy pub for visitors and locals with full menu available. Grand, formal dining room and halls for guests. Typical Scottish decor, plaid carpets with random sections of scenic wallpaper amid beautiful old woodworking.

âWe stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms, the Sweeney 2 was in a perfect location, its clean, its tidy, its convenient, what else do you need. Delaynes Restaurant which is within the same building is beautiful, make sure you book though as itâs always busy â
