”The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway. The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment. Iwe had a good overnight stay.”

”Heather the manager was very friendly and welcoming. We got our drinks at the bar and confirmed our stay and we had a lovely evening meal. The room was spacious and comfortable with a shower and bath.It was very quiet.Breakfast in the morning was great and heather made us feel so at home. Definitely would recommend a stay.”

”Room 206 has the most comfortable four poster bed, i slept like a log every night. We usually just stay Room only, but occasionally we chose breakfast and dinner and neither options disappointed.
