”Heather the manager was very friendly and welcoming. We got our drinks at the bar and confirmed our stay and we had a lovely evening meal. ”The hotel is stunning and the grounds around it are incrdible. The promenade walk was out of this world. Very friendly staff and helpful. The pool is very clean. We had our cuckapoo with us and they were very loving towards him. Dogs are not allowed in the dinning room which wasnt an issue at all as we were allowed to stay on the bar side/dinning room. ”Brilliant little gem of a place. Received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite prior to arrival. Self checkin was super easy and room was made up with fresh towels on the 2nd day of my stay. Nice touch with sweets in the room and also having a little kitchen area in the suite was very useful.”
