”Great place a little off the beaten track in beautiful countryside. Great breakfast

”We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years and have seen the transformation that has occurred over recent times. My sister and I stayed with our elderly mother for 5 nights. I have to say that the staff at this hotel are exceptional. So friendly, kind and hard working. The half board menu was delicious and couldn’t fault the food. The rooms are of a high quality and whilst there was no availability this time for a mobility access room we found the ground floor room perfect for mums...

Had a job finding a car space as it was very busy as the airshow was on
Found a space just round the corner so that was good
Staff at B&B very friendly and nothing was to much trouble

”A lovely place.
Step right out onto Eastbourne promenade which is a delightful walk.
Everything in the room and hotel were excellent and the owners were charming.
Comfortable and well managed.”

”My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ravilious. The hotel is lovely, well located, the room was expertly decorated, very comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent as well and the hosts gracious. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”

”The staff here were all friendly and welcoming. Just had the one night but enjoyed it. The rooms are well appointed and large. Lovely sea breeze through the windows. Only negative is that the carpet needs some replacement.”

”We have just enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay in a room with a side sea view balcony looking down to the pier. The hotel facilities were very good and the staff exceptional and so attentive to customers needs.
We definitely intend to stay again in the future as it was perfect for our stay and a brilliant location.

”This was a fun place to stay while visiting the battle field. The village was very interesting with many small shops.
The room appeared to be recently renovated and staying above a pub was a fun experience. The pub itself was also excellent.
Our only complaint was lack of air conditioning...which resulted in us opening a window...and listening to traffic (the road out front is very busy)
All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area”
