”We loved staying at this hotel in Toulouse! Our room was beautifully designed with great amenities and the location allowed us to walk all around the historic center of Toulouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The best part about our stay were the fabulous breakfasts! There was a huge selection of high quality food offered. We would definitely stay here again!”

”Location is perfect- steps from the Pont neuf. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond with genuine hospitality!”

”The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower. We had one tea cup in our room, requested another one early in the morning, returned late in the afternoon and had to request a cup again at reception. The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and there was one tea bag for 2 people. A notice informed us to wash up glasses and tea cups but there was no drainer or tea towel. The only form to fill in for breakfast had already been used by the previous...

”Great location, EASY to go anywhere in the city, always super friendly and smiling staff, clean, environment friendly choices and encouraging the guests to make them too! Some noise from the hall and other rooms but tbh I wasnt too bothered. I had a great stay here and when coming back to Toulouse would book again :) Merci! ”

”The property is well located and very basic in terms of amenities. Caters to business and family Travellers.”

”I booked a studio and I loved the room. There are two types of breakfast available - just a pastry with tea/coffee and a buffet table. It's in the very centre though, and there are lots of food places around, including those that are open all day. Literally the only downside was that liquid soap was provided in such inconvenient containers that I just bought my own (there's a store at the entrance to the nearest metro). Also, despite the perfect location, it was impossible to get a taxi to the...

”You are truly in the heart of the city at this well appointed hotel. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. The coffee was Illy and Nespresso and delicious. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and spacious. We used and enjoyed the patisserie right next door and the hotel patio area. It was just perfect for our wonderful stay in Toulousse.”

”Mukava perushotelli, jossa kaikki toimii.”

”Nice and comfortable hotel with a good location not too far from shopping streets.”

”Parking a car was a nightmare. Got it after 30min 500m away. Staff was helpful, room tiny, but clean and quiet. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t buy one.”
