”This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. ”

”The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I saw a screw was loose and the door wouldn't always shut completely, and they immediately came and addressed the issue. The room was tidy and clean, and it was in a central location for my weekend. ”

”Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again.”

”Suite was beautiful but would NOT stay again...
1. Do NOT think they will bring anything to your room, my disabled wife asked for extra towels and we were told to come get them from the front office.
2. DO NOT run the tub & shower too close as you will not have hot water for both...You need to wait about 15 minutes before running the next one no matter how short your shower is.
3. No matter what the website states NO ROOM SERVICE...Per the bbq place listed on the website they have not offered...

”Check in process was delayed due to cleaning of the room which didn’t make sense on a non-busy weekend that my early check in was denied. Then my room wasn’t even available by the 4pm check in time and so I either had to wait for my room to be cleaned “which did not have an estimated time” or take a downgraded room. They at least refunded me the resort fee which good thing because then on Saturday night at 6pm the water was shut off due to a leak. So after a long pool day, right at dinner time,...
