Clean place. There were everyday a party in the pool area. Music was very loud. Room was nice nad clean.

As I checked in the person ahead of me asked about the $100 deposit fee (which does seem steep compared to other hotels we have used) and the owner told him he "Didn't have to stay." and then it was repeated by the clerk. Lani Kai Beachfront Resort
Great view from our balcony. No hairdryer. No iron in the roomn no full size ironing board. Room wasn't ready for 3:00 check in. Room was clean and neat. Restaurants were good. Only gave 4 star because there's always room for improvement. I would recommend.
