Bright apartment with balcony, in the elegant neighborhood of Albaro, quiet and residential context and a short walk from the waterfront that stretches for about two and a half kilometers.



The accommodation located on the ground floor, opens onto a living area furnished with television, dining table, sofa, access to the balcony and open kitchen equipped with oven, kettle and toaster.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed while the second with two single beds, upon request also convertible into a queen-size bed.

Finally, a bathroom with shower and bidet completes the layout.



Guests are provided with amenities such as air conditioning in the living room, central heating, washing machine, iron, and free Wi-Fi.



Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.

Genoa, the port city and capital of Liguria, is historically known for its important role in maritime trade over many centuries.

Known as one of the largest medieval centres in Europe, the historic centre of Genoa is a maze of alleys (caruggi) that open unexpectedly into small squares, often linked, like the churches there, to important noble families.

The spirit of Genoa resides in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages and cultures mingle.

In the historical centre is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in Romanesque style with a black and white striped façade and frescoed interior. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as Piazza de Ferrari, with its characteristic bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house.

Unmissable and iconic is the Aquarium of Genoa, the largest in Europe. The exhibition shows more than 70 rooms and about 12,000 specimens of 600 species from all the seas of the world. The apartment is just over 30 minutes' drive from Genoa "Cristoforo Colombo" airport and less than 10 minutes' drive from Genoa Brignole train station.
