”The woman at check in was very welcoming and had our room all ready for us, as I did the early check in request. I was SO HAPPY!! She also helped me with our Uber pickup, as the hotel itself didn’t show up as where we were, due to recent construction. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you!!”

”Great property, clean and spacious room, excellent customer support made this a surprise find in the Uptown NOLA. Was a last-minute trip to visit my daughter in a neighborhood school. ”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”
