”Staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean ad it has a cozy atmosphere. Our room was silent even if were on the same floor with the second bar and the terrace. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for six days an we got the change to go through the whole breakfast menu.The selection of beers from the tap was also excellent.”

”Neat and spacious apartments right on the Royal Mile, walkable from several restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cutlery, and a washer/dryer was a huge benefit! Communication was clear and detailed, and everything was set up in advance to help us have a smooth experience. Luggage storage is available on the first floor. ”Sisäänkirjautuminen ja uloskirjautuminen olivat vaikeita ja stressaavia, koska hotellissa ei ole vastaanottoa. En ikinä saanut sähköpostia, jonka avulla piti kirjautua sisään. Uloskirjautuessa systeemi yritti veloittaa minulta huoneen hinnan uudestaan. Muuten ihan hieno ja siisti paikka, ehkä vähän ylihinnoiteltu.”

”Huoneisto oli puhdas ja siisti ja sijainti oli loistava. Lähtöpäivänä saimme matkatavarat näppärästi lukittuun huoneeseen päivän ajaksi. Ainoa miinus oli hissin puute, minkä vuoksi matkalaukkujen vieminen 5. kerroksen huoneistoon oli hankalaa.”

”The Museum Apartments is in a very central location in the heart of Edinburgh and around the corner from the Royal Mile. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed for us to feel comfortable. Communication with the management team was excellent - I had a few questions about appliances which were answered immediately. ”

”Loved the big space, and the bed and couch were very comfortable! If anyone else is wondering as I did if the round dining table is a good size for working on a computer, there’s plenty of space for 1. I preferred sitting by the window there so just moved the desk chair. Super easy to walk around the castle to get places, and a Sainsburys is a block away. Felt safe at night to walk back. As someone who doesn’t usually get their room cleaned partway but had a longer stay, I do wish there was say...
