”Property is clean”

”Kitchen was dirty, trash was left behind, laundry wasn’t clean. ”

”The property was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was actually good.”

”We booked a suite for a weekend. The room itself accommodated what we needed, the location was excellent but our toilet broke multiple times in the suite and was not flushing. At one point staff advised me not to use the toilet and go to the first floor for all bathroom needs. Luckily we were able to get it fixed 2 times but, would hope management would put in a work order. ”

”Breakfast has to be purchased! The other large hotel chains offer free breakfast. ”

”Only 1 elevator works. The door on the bathroom and closet was hard to open and close. The doors rubbed up against the floor. The 2nd floor ice machine didn't work.”

”Staff was friendly and efficient. Property was undergoing renovation and lobby, hallways and dining area were an issue. Renovation will bring the property back up to Hilton’s usual standards.”

”I didn't eat the breakfast there. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.”

”The hotel was warm, no a/c in the hallways and it had a musty smell. They have events in their ballrooms which were too loud you could hear on the second floor. They changed my sheets but not the towels, had to ask for new towels. The front desk staff were very nice. The a/c in room was loud. Only one double hook to hang towels and rags. The staff and maintenance were talking loud and cursing in the hallways while working. With some training and small changes this could actually be a great...

”Clean rooms”

”The place we stayed was great. The only thing I would change would let everyone pick the seats on the plane since they paid for tickets. Great way to do add ones we ended up getting a rental it was very easy to do. I would 100% use this app again”

”I was in Columbus Georgia for an event at Columbus State University and I wanted a hotel close by. I was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped my room was I've never stayed at a Townplace before. I had a king bed, beautiful big TV, a full kitchen and a large coffee pot with coffee. Compared to the prices of hotels in the area and especially downtown I was a little iffy about the place but it was wonderful I would stay there again in fact some of the people at the conference were...
