”So crowded that it toook you like 20 min to get an elevator in the morning. No place to sit or take a call in the lobby because it was full of travelers suitcases. Breakfast was also below average and always so crowded that it was hard to get anything to eat or for example toast your bread. ”

”This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing.”
