Have had a lovely stay. My husband & I booked in for one night to attend the Ideal Hone Show at the SECC. Room had everything you need (much better than some hotels). Only thing I can find to say negatively, is the carpet was a bit worn.

If you are under the age of 35, DON’T STAY here! The staff at reception were especially underwhelming! I spoke to a manager and he was no better. I’m assuming all Radisson employees go through the same “training” so I will never stay at one of their properties again. The worst part is, I’m sure they don’t care.

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Could have done with bottle of water in room instead of an empty fridge. Minibar would have been nice. Really good for concert venue. That said we would stay agai.

This is the second time of staying here , the hotel is spot on, it's location to the Hydro is fantastic, the rooms are lovely and clean, the staff are brilliant , we'll continue stopping there everytime we're in Glasgow, all in all a really enjoyable experience

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff
Excellent one night stay , all staff acknowledged you and were all very friendly. Not sure how long the hotel has been open but everything was immaculate, sky bar was so comfortable and lovely views. Our room looked out to the Clyde was lovely and bright room, bathroom was also perfect and clean.

We had a lovely stay for an event in the hydro and the staff went out of their way to accommodate a booking in the bar for us at the last minute in a nice window seat. Our room had a great view over the river and the hydro.

Second time I've stayed. Definitely my preferred hotel for Glasgow. Quiet, convenient, comfortable and clean rooms and wonderful staff.

Trip to Ibrox RFC
Fantastic hotel perfect for a trip to Ibrox to watch Rangers. The staff especially the breakfast crew are amazing, friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel, but....
Hotel is nice, but don't think it's worth the money when compared to other hotels in the area. Room was nice and bigger than your average hotel room. However, the TV didn't allow you to cast (tried casting using an Android and iPhone), the room felt damp, the air con didn't work, and certain fixtures in the bathroom looked like there were about to fall off. Additionally, when we went downstairs to the restaurant it was closed, and we were advised we could go to the Sky Bar (which has a limited menu), we then asked if they do room service to a response of "A dunno... but the Sky Bar is open". Would only stay here if you have a show around the area, but would say again other hotels around the area may be better value for money.

Great choice for the Hydro area.
Stayed here to go to a concert at the Hydro. The hotel honoured my request for a quiet room and i hour a great room with a view of the river and the Hydro. Service from front desk and restaurant staff was excellent.

Booked for a concert in the Hydro, great location, almost next door. Went to the bar for food at 5pm, told the earliest table was 8pm, had room service which was only pizzas, had we stayed in the bar, we would have missed the best tasting pizzas we had tasted in a while.

Perfect for OVO Hydro visit
Fantastic hotel is visiting OVO Hydro which is 5 minute walk from hotel. Red Sky Bar amazing for pre show drink and nibbles

The rooms are not well sound proofed, I could hear the TV in the next room and people walking past in the corridor, the beer was flat but on a positive note the food was good.

Great location , particularly if visiting the OVO Hydro or SEC. Lovely bars , extremely helpful staff , particularly Alan on Reception who was a wonderful example of exceptional customer service. Thanks for making it a fantastic stay.

Great hotel and lovely staff
From the minute we came nto reception, staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the SEC and Finnieston Crane. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, although when we came out there was a huge queue so my advice is to come down a bit earlier on a weekend.

Really pleasant stay. Great and attentive staff, room was really clean. The hotel has young and exciting vibe and was a great choice when attending an event at the SEC

Lovely decor - horrible pillows
Loved the decor both inside and outside the room When we had an issue with the tv and the conjoined room door being unlocked they sent someone to resolve this… great The only reason I can fault this hotel as my sleep was terrible 1. The heating we just couldn’t get it right it was either too warm or cool 2.most importantly the pillows we have 4 extremely soft pillows… most hotels I believe will give you 1 soft and 1 had to suit all sleepers… unfortunately this was the case so not only was my sleep(lack of) terrible but I’m now home with a crooked neck For the price of the room i would suggest you look into this

The check in process was simple at first and the lady at reception was great but we did not have a very good experience for our first stay at this hotel. Firstly our room cards did not work and we could not access our room. Went back down to reception to have our cards re-activated and when we got to our room there was a half naked man in the room. This was a very awkward situation for us all and was an uncomfortable experience. The girl on reception was very apologetic and we were upgraded to a room with a better view and were given drinks on the house at the Sky Bar. Unsure if we will stay at the hotel again due to our experience but the staff were great in dealing with the situation.

Great place to stay
My husband and i really enjoyed our 1 night at Raddison red. Apart from the clean, comfortable room we were in, we were very pleased with the level of service from the very friendly staff. We also enjoyed all the food we ate and the breakfast was exceptional. We look forward to staying there again.

Toilet rolls weren’t replaced at the change over leaving us with not enough. Plug next to bed not working. Iron board unstable. Coat hook hanging of the wall.
