”The room was large but stark. It lacked furniture and a place to put luggage - no luggage racks and no dresser. Ironing board was a table top version but no place other than the floor to put it. The king bed was mushy and caved to the center. Bathroom was old and small and needed a deep cleaning. A/C worked well and the staff was pleasant.”

”Staff was kind and helpful on all shifts. Only entrance was in the parking lot and consisted of extremely steep steps, almost impossible for elders and persons with arthritis. Bed was too high and difficult to lay on due to metal coils poking your body. No drawers and no hanging closets for women’s dresses. No information on restaurants, parks, or events, or even instructions for the tv. Overall, not satisfactory but expensive.”

”Lovely views, friendly owners, great extras that made our stay boutique, such as plush towels, double sink, complimentary parking, snacks, coffee and bath toiletries. We couldn’t have been more comfortable! Thank you Steve and Cindy! ”

”Free parking is always a plus in nyc most places $40 a night just for parking. Next to the The Expressway, clean environment, clean Hotel it’s quiet.”

”The hotel is well maintained and accessible. -Poor customer service -Poor staff helpfulness -additional USD 12.95 internet fees per room per day -Swimming pool closed and it is not mentioned while booking, and this was a major criteria as I have kids. Overall very poor experience in service and hospitality.”

”Front desk was extremely helpful. My AC went out in my room and front desk assisted promptly. Andrew and Malachi has very good customer service. Only issue was the cleaning of the rooms. When I first arrive my bathroom was full of long hair which shows that the rooms was not clean well and when I ask for a clean service they only replace the towels and made the bed as the hair as in the bathroom was not clean. ”When i checked in to my room is smelled bad and the ceiling paint in the bathroom is peeling, picture provided. Then the next room had no shower head and was the last room available so i had to take it but in the morning i found a huge roach in the shower, Picture provided. House keeping needs to do much better in cleaning and checking the rooms.”
